Refund policy

Defective items or errors on our part will be replaced at no cost to you.

Item(s) may be returned within 30 days for refund or replacement (except custom printing items, or special orders). 

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. A restocking fee of up to 10% will apply and in addition, all refunds will be processed less our shipping costs, (if you got free shipping this means we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund).


Paypal orders will be subject to a 3% fee on returns - this is a paypal fee charged to us and is not our fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
